“TOKI NO SHIZUKU” mango

We have created one of the highest class tastes in Miyazaki Prefecture.

“TOKI NO SHIZUKU mango” has obtained an evaluation surpassing other brands due to its flavor.

Furthermore, we have an upgraded mango, “TOKI NO SHUZUKU KIWAMI”, with a sugar content of 17 degrees or more as well as being covered in beautiful color.

In order to create “TOKI NO SHIZUKU mango”, we excavated the soil in the greenhouse and transported the soil from the bedrock we leveled deep in the middle of a mountain. Normally mango trees grow 25 meters. However we maintain them to 1.3 meters which requires techniques equivalent to bonsai technique to keep a 50 year-old pine tree to a few dozen centimeters. Also it requires high level technique to maintain trees half-dead since fruit won’t bear if the tree is too vigorous. To cultivate mango between April and May, which is the best season for flavor, without any changes of the natural conditions is a next to impossible undertaking especially with an accelerating global warming phenomenon. However, we always make it happen.

By continuing the precise work distinguished to people from Aomori Prefecture regarding cultivation control, our mango has unique flavor like no other.
